MOTRATi and Dress for Success Vancouver

MOTRATi fashion brand and Dress for Success Vancouver involved a partnership event on Friday April 28 from 5 PM-8PM. “A Spring Fashion Affair” event was a celebration of the partnership where fashionista MOTRATi clients and Success Donors gathered together to learn more about Dress for Success Vancouver and MOTRATi’s mission to make women feel good to let their inner light shine outward. Attendees mingled and networked while trying on the latest exclusive Spring 2023 collection, this collection will be available online soon. 

Dress for Success Vancouver is a non-profit organization that aims to empower women by providing them with professional attire, career development tools, and a supportive community. The organization was founded in 1997 and is part of a global network of Dress for Success affiliates that serve women in more than 150 cities worldwide.

Dress for Success Vancouver‘s mission is to help women achieve economic independence by providing them with the necessary tools to succeed in the workforce. The organization provides a range of services, including career counseling, interview coaching, and access to job search resources. In addition, Dress for Success Vancouver offers a Professional Women’s Group, which provides ongoing support and networking opportunities for women who have already secured employment.

One of the key services offered by Dress for Success Vancouver is their suiting program, which provides women with professional attire for job interviews and other professional settings. The organization also provides accessories, such as shoes and handbags, as well as hair and makeup services to help women feel confident and prepared.

Our first event with Dress for Success Vancouver was a great opportunity to showcase MOTRATi’s latest collection while raising awareness and funds for Dress for Success Vancouver. While networking and focusing on MOTRATi community building, bringing together people who are passionate about supporting women’s success in all aspects of life we at MOTRATi will continue to connect successful women’s together.

The raffle draw with a prize of $1000, generated excitement on social media and Daily Hive Vancouver instagram page to encourage attendance. The winner of the draw, was Judy Sehling we congratulated her and cannot wait to have a very special private shopping experience.

Overall, the event was a positive experience for attendees and it is a milestone to promote the partnership between the two organizations MOTRATi Fashion Brand & Dress for Success Vancouver
