Delivery Schedule: Deliveries occur during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Attempts: The courier will make two delivery attempts to the address provided at the time of order. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be redirected to the nearest DHL Service Point.
Delivery Restrictions:
- Orders placed on this site can only be delivered within Canada.
- DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping from this site. However, MOTRATi operates in multiple countries with specific store versions. For assistance, please contact us.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carriers tracking page.
- Currently, we do not offer the option to select a specific delivery day or time. Deliveries are made during standard business hours.
- All orders are shipped from our facility in Canada.
- If your estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- If your package was redirected to a DHL Service Point, you’ll receive a notification with details on how to collect your parcel. Please bring a valid ID and the notification when picking up your package.
