Role Overview: As the face of MOTRATi, you will provide a personalized, consultative shopping experience, helping clients discover pieces that empower their personal style and confidence. This role is central to our mission, transforming how women shop for luxury womens clothing by building trust and delivering unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, knowledgeable, and personalized client consultations and styling sessions.

• Manage the sales floor, ensuring a beautiful, inviting, and perfectly merchandised environment.

• Develop an expert-level knowledge of our collections, including fabric, fit, and the design philosophy behind each piece.

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through meticulous follow-up and a proactive approach to clienteling.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals through passionate and authentic service.

What You Bring:
